1. Who we are
Amplifica is a logistics infrastructure platform (3PL fulfillment and OMS/WMS software) for e-commerce in Chile. In these terms, «Amplifica», «we» or «the company» refer to Amplifica; «you» or «the user» refer to whoever accesses the site.
2. Use of the site
By using this site, you agree to:
- Use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms and current Chilean law.
- Not attempt to damage, overload or breach the security of the site or its systems.
- Provide truthful information when you complete forms or request a demo.
3. Services and quotes
The information published on the site (service features, metrics, calculators and estimates) is for reference only and does not constitute a binding contractual offer. Specific commercial terms are agreed in writing in each service contract.

The site is provided «as is». To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplifica will not be liable for indirect damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the site, nor for decisions made based on the reference information published on it.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
