And if you came looking only for the software, our sales team can show you what changes when we also run your logistics. Questions about pricing and sign-up
Nothing stops. On Starter and Growth, orders above what is included are billed in blocks of 100 at 0.05 UF plus VAT, charged per block started. Scale has no cap and no volume surcharge.
Values are net in UF and VAT is added on top: subscription, order blocks and setup. Billing is issued in Chilean pesos at the UF value on the invoicing date. On the annual plan you are charged 12 months up front at your tier's rate and get 14 months of service; if your volume grows during the year, the difference is billed separately and what you prepaid stays the same.
Onboarding is free if you will only issue receipts: installation, Bsale credentials, warehouse and branch mapping, payment method mapping, document types and staging tests. The one-time 5 UF plus VAT applies only if you need to issue invoices, because that requires changing the checkout to capture tax ID, business activity and legal name, plus preparing the tax document templates.
No. Each month we assign the tier that matches the orders you processed, with nothing for you to request or arrange. The tiers are published so you know upfront what each volume level costs, not so you have to decide.
